I had the immense pleasure of coordinating this couple’s gorgeous rehearsal dinner at James Ranch here in the Hermosa Valley. Jess & Michael and both their mamma’s were a blast to work with to create such a gorgeous event. Their friends and family were gracious and generous in helping to create a magical few days. Cookie Dessert Bar

The bride’s family all baked their favorite family recipes. Over 8 different family bakers contributed to this incredible spread! What a fun way to include various family members in your big day!

Long Rustic Farm Tables

I’m a bit of a sucker for long farm tables with green runners and I’m sure you are too. This family-style set up sets the stage for lots of laughter and community. It’s a casual look that brings out the best in the rustic venue, but can also be made more elegant with lace, florals, candles & string lights.

Multiple Lounge Areas

This wedding reception allowed for guests to hang out in multiple areas. The dinner tables, dance floor, bar hut or campfire. I loved watching the bride and groom wander between these areas and connect with friends and family. Guests were able to retreat to quieter areas or join the party when they were feeling up for it!

Custom Beer Koosie Favors

You’ll just have to scroll down to see these adorable custom favors. The koosie featured the date, venue and the couple’s pups so the guests would remember the night for a long time.

Confetti Time

Biodegradable confetti is a great option for exiting the ceremony aisle. Guests had so much fun showering the couples and it made for some real great instagramable photography moments!
