Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We work in the event industry so we know that you probably don’t have a final guest count yet and you may not even have your final colors narrowed down. No worries! We recommend you go ahead and get a quote started and a deposit submitted so we can hold your date! We simply need final color choices and quantities 30 days prior to your event.
Do you offer delivery and pick up?
We do not allow pick ups, only delivery directly to your event venue. Our partner venues include free delivery so please ask about your specifc venue! Delivery charges may vary depending on the location.
What happens if the linens are damaged or stained?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor stains and normal wear and tear are expected, and you won't be charged for those. However, significant damage or irreparable stains may result in additional charges.
Can I view the linens in person before making a reservation?
Yes, we offer appointments for clients who would like to see our linens in person for $25. Please fill out the above form and select “would like to see in person” and we’ll be in touch!
Do you offer custom sizes or special fabric requests?
Absolutely! We understand that every event is unique, and we're here to help you find the perfect linens. We offer custom sizes and can accommodate special fabric requests whenever possible. Contact our team to discuss your specific needs, and we'll work with you to make it happen.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your linens.
