What events are suitable for miniature pony rentals?
Miniature ponies are perfect for a wide range of events, including birthdays, weddings, corporate parties, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings. They are fun for adults and kids! Our miniature ponies are gentle, well-trained and accustomed to interacting with people. They are friendly, approachable, and guaranteed to bring smiles to your guests.
Do you provide handlers for the miniature ponies? How many?
Our experienced handlers accompany the miniature ponies to all events to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals and your guests. The number of miniature ponies you can rent depends on the size and type of your event. We have up to 5 miniature ponies available for rent but often simply bring 2 or 3. We also provide guests with simple instructions to ensure the well-being of the miniature ponies throughout the event.
Can I customize the decorations and accents the ponies bring and wear?
Our handlers are experienced event professionals and are happy to match the dress code and tone of your event. Birthday party? We’ll dress up fun and colorful with activities for the kids. Wedding? We’ll dress formal with accents to complement your decor. You can customize the decorations on the ponies to match the theme or color scheme of your event. Just let us know your preferences when booking.
Who handles liability and insurance?
As the event host, you will need to sign a liability waiver. It is up to you whether we ask each individual guest to sign a waiver. We are happy to facilitate this if so. We do carry our own liability protection and recommend you carry you own event liability insurance as well (not just for the ponies, but for all the mishaps that may happen).
What are the space and setup requirements for the miniature ponies?
We can work with various event setups, but we generally require a designated area with sufficient space for the ponies to move comfortably. Different venues have different requirements. We will work with your event venue to ensure all necessary permissions and requirements are met. Most venues will require the animals to remain outside and all waste disposed of (we take care of that!).
What is the cost of renting a miniature pony for my event?
The cost of renting a miniature pony varies depending on factors like location, duration, and the number of ponies required. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your event.
How do I book a miniature pony for my event? Cancellation policy?
Fill out the form above. Duh! A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to hold the date. The deposit is fully refundable up until 90 days prior to your event date. At that point, all deposits are date transferable. It's recommended to book miniature ponies for your event as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. We can discuss last-minute bookings based on availability.
